β β β β β The bad experience ever had in this salon. Their staff really don't even know how to handle long hair while washing ? at the end they end up cutting my hair short ?? And they even charge for the hair cut ?

β β β β β Had a bad experience with a hairdresser in this saloon.
1. Pretend (Fail) to understand customer's requirements
2. When customer claims that the result is not as expected, they give some weird reason such as because it's the first day you cut this. (I washed my hair and the hair still looks the same)
3. They did cut my hair, but they did not help me to make it presentable
I had kept my fringe for 6 months to cut a proper one, but they cut it short and not presentable. I have to wear a cap when going out now and now I had to wait 6 more months for getting the hairstyle I want. Really bad experience.
