β β β β β Nurse gave the wrong description sticker on the medicine for my baby. Prescription was for internal use but the sticker says otherwise; poison (for external use). Such carelessness! How should I know if the she even gave out the right medicine?

β β β β β do doctor think we are testing subject/lab rat or a fool?
i go and consult the doctor here for i think a severe lower back pain. i could even hardly get out of bed.any bending i do would be very painful for my lower back. however the doctor didnt even examine my lower back properly. ask me to lift my shirt and see my back in instant and ask me to try some medicine.
i asked why but she reply me with no certain answer. maybe this maybe that.
this is the result of not examining the patient properly. she could had take a closer look and examine properly to determine the problem.
(my company does not need medical certificate for 1 or 2 day sick)
i asked to give me medical certificate for 2 day(its thrusday now). but she said can only give me one day...(seriously?) so i reply, if i didnt get well then i have to comeback and take another mc? and i have to pay for another visit?
she confidently reply me with yes.
so i silent and just reply her: okay, i understand how it works
she could have properly check if i really need 2 days or not. but she didnt!
after some debate, she give me 2 day of mc (even thought i dont need this). and yes, there is no proper examination. the only thing she said at the end is i insist to have 2 days of mc.
no proper examination. give out some medicine that they think will works and let our body try it out? if not get well then we had to go back there to be tested for another medicine?
we pay for it. we are not test subject! ridiculous.
(i had AIA medical covered. so i dont have to pay but i just cant keep silent seeing how they theat the patient like a testing subject.
i belive this happen to other ppl as well)
its really hard to find a good clinic/doctor nowadays.

i love Doctors here.
all of them consult and explain my conditions without me having to make them talk. generous with advices and caring. They look at your records before making a diagnonis. charges are reasonable, nurses are attentive and polite. been here for over 5 times i think.

β β β β β Dr Priya Muruhaya is a very experienced, knowledgable and caring doctor. I been treated by her for my knee injuries, fevers, cough, flu. She is very patient and listens to her patients attentively and does detailed checks and inspection.Her treatment is always spot on and generally the recovery process is very fast. I feel safe being under her treatment and would confidently recommended her to any patient. Definately a doctor of my choice.

β β β β β All I can say is that yesterday was the most terrible experience I have encountered in my life.
Before I went to this clinic (my first time going to one of Qualitas group of clinic) I had called first to check if they can do breast ultrasound & if there is a female doctor in charge. This is due to the lump I discovered in my left breast. So of course I want to have a proper diagnosis in case further hospitalisation is required at least with the ultrasound document my AIA personal insurance would be able to cover the cost fully.
The doctor first did a physical examination and she also notice the big lump on my left breast. then I asked when can do the ultrasound but she didnβt allow me to do it. She was talking very fast and I couldnβt understand what she is trying to say she keep on saying that even with ultrasound i canβt claim it back from AIA. i persisted i said its ok even if i cant claim back iβm willing to pay because its my right to know my health condition. I have been worrying about this lump for some time now so its only logical that I want to do ultrasound.
She keep on talking very fast explaining things that dont make sense to me so I said its ok doctor u do what u want if cant do ultrasound & i will pay the cost for the physical check up. And she suddenly said I am rude & literally HALAU me from the clinic. She said βits ok u no need to pay, you can get out nowβ. Oh my goodness. Here I am a patient that is worried about my health condition & i kena halau by this doctor.
I feel so traumatized by yesterdayβs experience & I wish nobody will have the same experience as me.
Hope the doctor realized her mistake and her ways are not professional at all.
To Qualitas group, please take this review seriously. This might deter future patients from coming to your clinic. This is the first time I registered in Qualitas group and this is the experience I received.

β β β β β Already signed up online to go for booster jab there tmrw. Was informed by email to call the clinic first to ensure that the vaccine is available before going. Here I am calling morning, noon, afternoon, evening, night every day, with no one picking up.Are you all working or lazing around? Whats the point of having a telephone number, when you are not picking up to calls? You cannot be so busy for every second every minute of every day right? So frustrated with this clinic!

β β β β β I try to make appointments many times but they were too busy. So, I walked in and the Malay nurse gave me a form after waiting for 15 mins. There was a horrible Indian nurse came out, asked if I have an appointment and took my form telling me it's full today. She is very rude and why do we have to pay to go to Qualitas for recruiting such bad staffing? Qualitas Management, please take action before all your customers are driven away
