โ โ โ โ โ I like this clinic. Staff is nice. Doctor scolded me during my first time here, for saying i have migraine (which all other doctors treated me for) but all my other times here, i was treated with respect and diagnosed properly.

โ โ โ โ โ The locum Dr and Dr Mano himself is very professional in treating me, but I had a very bad experience with the receptionist girl. She was being rude and I do not feel welcomed at all.
Please do something else the reputation will be tarnished

โ โ โ โ โ 5 stars to Dr Mano who was very friendly and professional, he looked into my symptoms very carefully. The nurse who was wearing blue uniform at the reception was rude and impatient while having conversation with the patients which is the only bad point in this clinic. My illness got relieved after i took the medicine. Thanks doc.

โ โ โ โ โ As a tourist dropping by for treatment for my daughter, the nurse at the reception is very rude and unwelcoming at all. I asked nicely to use PM Care because my family is covered but before i could end my sentence, she cut me and refused - asking the employee (my wife) itself to come with a frowning face. Today is Oct 2020 and you can check in the system to see if ppl are covered or not. I hope PM Care & Qualitas will audit this clinic. Such a bad image for PM Care and Qualitas. Please consider twice going here unless you donโt have any other choice.

โ โ โ โ โ Emailed them for booster shots for my wife and I but no reply after 3 days. Called on the phone 2 whole days no one picked up. Wonder if it's closed already ?

Staff members are professional and helpful.
Cleanliness is good.
Waiting time is variable but most of the time acceptable.
Parkings are roadside parkings. Handicapped patients can patronize this clinic easily.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst service I've ever experienced. Registered for booster shot on December, went there after two weeks to check if I am put in the waiting line and was told to come back on Sunday for the shot. All the hassle, only to be questioned like I have committed something very wrong. "Show me your "History" in Mysejahtera", even called her so called colleague in front of me to reiterate that they did not schedule and couldn't find my name. After a few minutes, one of the receptionists apologize and said they found my name and I would have to wait for them to call again. Sorry, you can keep your booster shot now. I've gotten mine at a more civilised health facility.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor was no good. Don't know what was he checking using stethoscope because he just put it on my chest literally under 1 seconds. Also the same with mouth checking, I literally open mouth less than 1 sec. I think the checking is just for the sake of SOP. Not even got MC because I went in the afternoon. They said should come in the morning for the MC. If I'm that well enough to go in the morning might as well I go to work. First & last I'll go to this clinic. Please trust others review, it's s true.
