1) Staff reception kenalah mesra sikit. Guide customer apa kena buat. Jangan tarik muka, cakap kasar dengan customer

Sakit semua sakit dengan layanan yang baik buat kami sekeluarga memilih ke klinik ini apabila balik ke Perlis.

The staff is also good and the doctors cooperate well.
I'm sick of all the pain with good treatment for our family to choose to go to this clinic when we return to Perlis.

โ โ โ โ โ Servis dokter sini okayy je, tp kualiti servis staff di klinik ni sangat teruk. Cakap kasar ngn pesakit. staff plk berperang maki hamun sesama sendiri di hdpn kaunter. Byngkn, ada ka patut staf mencarut bahasa2 kesat sprt puk*mak, bab* di hadapan pesakit? Saya plk yg rasa malu dngn sikap mereka tp mereka blh tkdk rasa malu mencarut mcmtu dpn pesakit. Mmng ini kali pertama dan terakhirlah datang ke klinik ni.?
The doctor's service here is okay, but the quality of staff service at this clinic is very bad. Talk rudely to the patient. plk staff fought maki hamun each other in front of the counter. Byngkn, should staff use abusive language such as puk* mak, bab* in front of patients? I am ashamed of their attitude, but they are not ashamed to make fun of patients. Mmng this is the first and last time to come to this clinic.?

โ โ โ โ โ I been going to this clinic since Im a kid.. All Dr is A++.. And about the staff only the olden days staff are mannered and friendly.. Not this days staff but not all are bad.. Some of them still have the ethic of working.

โ โ โ โ โ Today I came for my treatment from 10.00am to 1.00pm I'm waiting....and unluckily my family file is missing at counter....so waiting for nothing and wasting time....I hv fever and sore throat I think my BP also high this time?
