I came in with a viral fever, and came here as I could not physically bear to go to the hospital. During consultation I told Dr Gurpreet Singh about my allergy to certain antibiotics.
I questioned the need for him to prescribe me cough mixture, since I had no cough, throat or chest pain. Dr Gurpreet Singh insisted I take it (So he could charge for it!). At the dispensary, the nurses/assistant also gave me the very same antibiotics that I clearly said I was allergic to. When I pointed it out their mistake, they still insisted it was right until I pointed out the name of the antibiotics. I could have died from anaphylactic shock from their mistake! I already had one the month before when another doctor gave me the wrong antibiotics!
I asked if its possible to check for dengue syntoms but Dr Gurpreet Singh refused since "Your fever is from the hot weather". How stupid do you think I am to believe viral fever is from the weather?
After receiving unsatisfactory treatment here, I went to HKL immediately because my temperature rose to 40C. No antibiotics can cure viral fever, and definitely no cough mixture do anything to my non existent cough. Soon after I fainted from the high fever,
HKL doctor refuted the treatment the doctor from Klinik Sharani, and I was immediately screened for dengue. I was cleared from it within hours, and was given plenty of rehydration salt, paracetamol and antacid. No antibiotics or cough mixture, because it was never needed in the first place!
Klinik Sharani, change this practice of greed and give your sick clients the right treatment! stop peddling your cough mixture to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the most pleasant experience when the Nurse greets and judges you, and doesn’t inform you properly and make you walk out all the way for the ATM. Note, if you dont like the job then being a Nurse is the last thing you should be. Luckily the Dr is informative. Probably convenient location but sorry I wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gurpreet Singh is devoid of courtesy in his medical consultation. I will never step foot in this clinic ever again and strongly advise against visiting this clinic. The rude doctor definitely puts the Klinik Sharani name and the Qualitas network of clinics to shame to have him in their ranks. I have submitted a separate complaint to Qualitas to have then consider Klinik Sharani removed from Qualitas on account of Dr Gurpreet Singh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to insist that I need the Dr's medical input when he started denying me at first and just simply prescribe the medicine only.
Then when I said to the nurses that I can't take meds that contain caffeine they insist that I can take it. Me with sick body and migraine have no energy to fight back as both insist of me taking the drugs and so confident to say no issue.
Wasted my money and time, need to go to another clinic.
Went there because of near to office and I'm not feeling well to go further.
Surprised with other reviewers here and agreed with them, please save your time and energy by going to other clinic instead. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s the point of having a nearby clinic that doesn’t accept patients nor care at all. It’s understandable to facilitate for covid vaccines and prioritise that first, but to deny any other patient when the clinic is totally empty is just nonsense. Shame they won’t even advise or redirect you to any other clinic that accept all patients.
