This is second time I encounter this problem. I call them 10times today but nobody want to answer. Worst behaviour because the phone ringing but someone cut my call. So clinic management please take action on the admin person who on duty today. Thanks.

Insane!! Baddd service ever i had!! Harga yahudi!!! I sendiri check ubat tu tak mahal mana punn.. Agak2 laa.. Cas melampau! My mom told me to blacklist this clinic! Seeing doctor RM40 Ubat cream RM49.50 Tablet allergy RM37.50 Total = RM127 All i want is just MC not that much nonsense medicine! Luckily im refuse to take painkillers a.k.a fever. What for it is? Are you aware that doctors got regulations cannot give medicine to patients at will. Im not sick or fever im just got tired and my arm lenguh since yesterday i got second dose vaccine. So im just need rest today. After all,, he didn't check me much. Just seeing my itchy place.. What kind of tablet it is such expensive!! One pill board only.. And i had no idea he assume me alergic?? I had never been allergy all my life.. Suddenly? Im just said it itching and dunno where the marks come from.

Guys, please do not go to this clinic! First time, we booked the booster vaccinations from a website and believe it's their partner. When we reach there, they told us there is no vaccination prepare for us and ask us to postponed to next week. We tell them we already took two days leave for this vacinnation appointment and resting time, there is no way for us to take two more days on next week just bc of their self-mistake and overlook. They blamed us why we did not call them before the appointment date. We showed them the email confirmation we received from their partner to prove that the email CLEARLY STATED the procedure which is just print out the email but without mentioned call appointment is needed. Obviously this is they missed out our vaccination appointment. At the end, they able to arrange us to take the booster but still the experience is really bad to us. I believe they will not overcome their mistake & solve the problem if we did not point out the argument. This is very unfair to let the consumer take the consequences bc of their own mistakes, especially they still want to blame us of no call before appointment date. Second time, we went for PCR swab test. Few days ago I had called them to make sure they have this service and ask whether booking is required before go (based on my bad experience), the nurse says no need just walk in. When we reached there, guest what? AGAIN they ask us why we didn't make appointment before go!!! We have frustrated but still ask them, whether we can do the swab test without booking, they says yes (???). Then what is the purpose of scolding us for no booking? I'm totally speechless with their bad attitude and poor SOP of work. Different nurse giving different advice and booking requirement. This is really confusing!!! They should set up a SOP of how to answer customer question and booking requirement. And of course, they should improve their attitude instead of blaming customer!
