I'm sorry for saying this.. NG dan Lee doctor is very good and parfect ,,,but Reception girl way of talk really very bad Nothing kind and sweet. They girl never talk with smile. Reception girl talk very rude like a no humanly.

Want to make complaint Dr Mak koon Kang. He is useless not applicable to be a doctor My son Today waited 40 min bcoz not feeling wellโ€ฆ other patient oso waited. He inside Room count money and not Consult us. Previously My son three times fever, He dont care and give medication. Then suddenly he getting worseโ€ฆ u know Wat happen? He got dengue Two time and appendics What doctor is that??? Pls Help me take consideration and fire him. I will report again If no action taken

Staff at reception wearing white t-shirt wearing spec is so rude. No humanity at all. I came here 3x i was so happy but now very unhappy .. We came here with sick and getting treat like this ? Infront me she shouted with one bangladesh guy โ€˜ tolong la jangan kacau saya ada banyak kerjaโ€™ . If she have so much of work then we can go other clinic to avoid her getting bundles of work ! is that ok ? Management cab check cctv. You guys will have prove on that. Will never recommend to anyone if lady working on the day. Thereโ€™s no customer service in that. Sorry to say

Staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful. Was attended by Dr. Amira, she was very patient & kind with my asking some questions about Covid-19 vaccine, informed me about the possible side effects and assured me that it was safe to take the injection. Happy with the service ??

I came for a medical check up and i am not satisfied with the girl at the reception, she was so rude. She could have answer my questions and helps properly but she did not and even asked me after i begged her to help me โ€œawak nak saya tolong apa ya?โ€. Not to mention she was looking down doing her works while talking to me. I believe it is reasonable and good to treat everyone nicely. No ones to work under pressure and to come to clinic with pressure as well. Its a free kindness to treat others nicely, everyone is having a rough time or a good time we dont know. Overall, the chinese aunty that helped me was so nice and helpful.

I visited this clinic twice previously and had a horrible experience with an unprofessional Chinese male doctor. Iโ€™ve previously lodged a complaint and thought Iโ€™ll never come back again. Unfortunately I had to find a clinic in the middle of the night and this was the only choice. To my surprise, a doctor by the name of, Dr Prema was very professional. She asked many questions, done the necessary checks, before diagnosing me and giving me good advices. I was very impressed and Iโ€™m just glad that there are still good doctors around this area.

It claims to close at 10pm on google. And they have a 'Open 24 hours' sticker on the door. Reached here at 9.10pm and the guard said its closed. Didn't even bother to open the door and tell me why its closed so soon.

I did my booster vaccination here. From the outside it doesn't clearly looked like a clinic as the place exactly beside the road and for first time visitor like me it will be quite confusing, especially when we are taking grab service to reach the area. There should be a sign board from the road side area. When i come in I queue like everybody else then one of the nurse asked me for my purpose. I did mentioned about my booster vaccination invites from my sejahtera app. She quickly checked my app then just asked me to wait at the back. No number given, no form to fill in, just wait. So i did, until after 45 minutes one of us kind of like tired of waiting, she asked to the lady in the registration area again about the time and booster. Again just said to wait. Not long after, a Chinese lady nurse FINALLY came out and STARTED to ask us the visitors. Then the queue started to happen! After waiting, the clinic looks hectic, nurses shputing calling people's names, suddenly one of the nurse called me to the registration area. Guess what happened?? I WAS GIVEN ABOUT : may i know how did you know today we have gotten the pfizer vaccine? I said from the app. Oh alright, so please now open your app and updates. I said, oh update for the profile? Because i did already today. She said, oh no about the vaccine. In confusion i just did what she asked. Suddenly my apps status is COMPLETED. she said, after 2-3 days your details about this booster vaccination will be shown AND SHE HANDED ME OVER MY VACCINATION CARD. I said, I HAVEN'T GOT THE VACCINE YET! the lady was confused and asked, anyone asked you before you proceed before when you came? I said, when i came that lady (the lady in the beginning/registration sitting next to her) said just wait there at the back and she said nothing. Then, she just oh while rolled eyes and confused because the registration lady did not inform properly, then said it's okay please wait again i will inform the nurse. Waiting again 10 minutes then i got my vaccine. After i have gotten my vaccine she xalled me and gave the explanation again about the app and gave me the card. She apologies for the miscommunication earlier. My suggestion is, there's a lot of nurses there in the counter area, at least 1 person assist while people coming in and queueing. Another person is assist about to fill the form. It was messy that day, and i heard people also like shaking their heads because of how hectic the clinic was.
