β β β β β Lousiest ever experiencing filing trademark. Do not go to his company as he is not professional at all. I'm being cheated by this guy. Spent the past 8 months filing trademark for my company and paid close to rm 6000 for it and it failed the first time. Thad fine. Was told had to go for appeal and objection and provide more evidence so ok that's fine too. I provided all the evidence we have but he said it ain't enough and might not get thru. And asked for more evidence which i need to take further month to get it. So was charged a total of rm 3600++ to appeal one more time to file for trademark including the one month extension. End of the month here were still documents we cannot find because my shop and office got burglared so I told him to hold abt more and we don't mind paying the extension fees. He emailed me sayin he will submit anyway although documents incomplete and ask me to pay the rm 3600 even though I ask him to gold and don't submit until we are ready. He ended the email by saying he do not wish to handle my case anymore although I as the client did not do anything wrong. I emailed him to kindly do not do so as it is unfair to us as his is not based on our instruction and told him to only do so when I submit remaining docs in coming months and we also don't mind paying extra the extension. I called him to follow up and he spoke rudely to me and hung up the phone. I have dealt with so many companies and vendors in my past 6 years running his business and never encountered anyone withr suh rude demeanor and customer service. I don't normally write complaints unless someone mistreated me in an overboard manner and this guy the owner Mr tan just stepped on my tail big time when I'm just an innocent customer.
