★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off with a bad experience with the guard at the entrance. Then upon entry the was asked to be called by doctor for briefing. Sat there waiting and nobody called even I was seating in front of the doctors.. 3 of them. But instead the late comera just walk towards any of the doctors n were attended accordingly. My daughter & I was kept waiting until I started asking.. WHY?
Although it didn't take more than 30 min of waiting.. but u can figure out WHY I was not happy
Sort this arrangement out... pls have proper usher to guide the waiting line... else the same can happen to other people.
Overall, ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience vaccinating my 8 year old son here. He was super anxious but all the petugas and the doctor really went all out to cheer him up and get his shot. Glad to have chosen IDCC Shah Alam for his PICKids ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QueueMed had just provided me an excellent door-to-door PCR test today. Tim was very professional, well equipped, on time and most importantly, very gentle and fast when performing nasal swab on both me and my 2 year old.
Price is reasonable and we feel safer to get it done at home rather than queuing in clinics while I'm sick.
Highly recommended!
