★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello people, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my latest experience with Hair Life Saloon. It happened one week ago, I went there to curl my hair. And it turned out this way! ( all burnt & spoiled ) I asked how they make it like this however they refuse to take on their responsibility and blamed on me. Although I’ve done a lot of treatment and apply serum on my hair thinking it would be better but it still did not turned out to be better. I can’t stand with it anymore hence I went to consult a specialist today, they told me it’s because of the faulty use of (ubat). There’s a huge possibility of the time management is not well controlled. I went back to them ( hair life salon ) after the consulting session ended, but they still refuse to solve this problem. I am very disappointed with their services and will not go back again! Of course I will also not recommend this salon to others.
