โ โ โ โ โ I booked an appointment for their repair service via WhatsApp. I really appreciate how responsive they are. It wasn't immediate, but once they replied, it was very efficient, and welcoming. Being able to book an appointment via WhatsApp makes it really convenient.
Their Repairman, Mr. Abdur Rehman was really professional at getting the job done. He did some electrical, and plumbing work, as well as installing new sliding door lock at my house earlier today. I'm so happy that he did such a great job with all the issues I mentioned to him. He was very calm, and collected. I'm really glad that I found Quick Reno Enterprise, because I could always contact them for the variety of services they offer. Highly recommend them to anyone who seeks home improvement.

So, I'd like to update my experience with Quick Reno. I had a new problem that needed some fixing/replacement. So, I contacted Quick RENO. After a couple of days, they informed me that they'll send someone to come and fix. I assumed that the repairman will come on the date and time I requested. So, I waited, and no one came. I get it that they might be busy with bigger projects that pay more, but I would've really appreciated it if Quick RENO just be honest and told me that they're busy and won't be able to do the fixing. Instead, I was ghosted! What happened to the professionalism reflected in the first repair work? I cleared up my schedule to wait for them. Dear Quick RENO, if you can't accept the job, just be clear to the customer. You're making it worse by ghosting a text message from a potential client.

โ โ โ โ โ Probably one of my worst experiences. They did not show up to the appointment dates twice and left me on read on WhatsApp.
I scheduled for them to come one Sunday. I texted the day before and he said he'd be there. On the day itself, he did not show up at the times he said he'd come. I called & texted him multiple times. No reply. The next day though, he replied me and said he got into an accident. This was fine, but I find it quite suspicious.
We rescheduled the next week. On the day itself "some of the hadrware not open by today." After this excuse, it's clear to me that this guys are used to giving excuses. Therefore, I think the accident was just another lie.
I'm too lazy to explain the rest, but I hope this explains their unprofessionalism, lack of preparedness and lack of communication.
The least you could do is just tell me to find some place else if you can't do the job. I wasted 2 weeks on this.

โ โ โ โ โ IKEA Furniture Assembly. The team replied to quotation request late at night and turn up for work as agreed. The assembly of IKEA furniture for my daughters room took over 6-7 hours, and they worked way past dinner time to complete task. They came again the next day to make sure they furniture are assembled to perfection. Overall, satisfied with the delivery and quality of services.

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I contacted Quick Reno to do painting and repairs in our house. The person-in-charge is polite and responds promptly. However, in terms of overall quality of work, I have to say that it's lacking. For painting, when we were called to do a final check, we discovered that paint was on door knobs, window grills, cabinets, etc. We had to point out everything one by one to be cleaned. This is okay I guess, though not very professional.
In addition, they caused a leak in our downstairs bathroom when installing a new pipe. The leak caused some water damage in the wall. Although they offered to paint the wall after a few weeks, this could have been avoided altogether if they were more thorough in their work.
What really upset me were 2 issues:
1) We asked them to install a new heater and upon installing they told us that the unit was faulty. When we called the service centre, they checked and confirmed that it was indeed a wiring issue that the contractor overlooked. Finally, we got someone else to resolve this issue for us.
2) We asked them to polish our tiles as well. After the job, when we cleaned up, we came to realize that the tiles don't have a clean finish at all. In fact, there are patches here and there that are difficult to clean even after mopping and wiping. We are yet to find a solution for this problem.
The workers are nice, but due to this bad experience, I won't be engaging their services again in future.

They carefully did all job.
After completion the job they did cleaning and finishing very nicely. During work I pointed that some place painting job is not good they said that in the end if this job will do all. This is the process and they did.
I'm very happy to hired them.saved money and time.
