★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to print my thesis. A letter on my cover was not printed nicely, the ink is not obvious on the letter. My friends one were just nicely printed, every letter was coated with ink properly. When I told the boss, he only use pen to draw on it, and he said the ink(pen) can disappear . So I told him again,my friend copy is nice, but why mine was imperfect. He did not want to take responsibility also and said that it is a machine error. Do you think it is merely machine error? Since he did not want to take responsibility, and I left. The letter drawn using pen just disappear in a short while after I reached home. Although printing thesis in this shop is relatively cheap, but the quality of work is in doubt. Please think twice. And the kakak there is so rude, when my friend and I were standing in the shop ,the kakak insulted by saying that still need to occupy by how many people in this small shop. How can she said like this to the customers. We are students but does not mean you can treat us like that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great. Although it is a half-sized shop, they have computers whereby you can print your own documents from your flash drive. Opens on Saturday and they work quite fast. Price is reasonable as well.
