★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally different from a typical homestay. Very very very clean. The one is Batu 6 has a ‘kampung’ feel, with fruit trees in the compound. And there’s a nice gazebo there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is clean but the rules & regulations are just beyond limit. If you want to have an accommodation business pls bare in mind that the money paid by customers are for maintenance, house keeping etc. Don’t expect the house to be in OK condition all year round. One of the warnings was “to throw rubbish outside the house”. Plus your damn mattress is hard as rock & your warning signs are literally all over the place. Once people are in the house don’t be nosy sneaking around. ??♀️
