โ โ โ โ โ I got myself a rebonding treatment! I love their service. The one who assist me named Syasya. Throughout my treatment, kepala tak rasa sakit sebab kuat sangat ditarik ke apa pun even though my hair is frizzy and banyak simpul simpul. She handles it with care. And even i had my treatment at 6pm (which is kinda late) but she does my hair with care and tak rushing biar cepat siap pun. Overall, as a first timer, I'm satisfied! Rambut best ?

โ โ โ โ โ I had the worst haircut ever . I regret for choosing your hair saloon . I donโt know about other services but to be honest I wasnโt satisfied with the hair cut . You literally chopped off my hair and I warned you to maintain my hair length . And you cut it short and complained about my hair texture. Are you even professional? Please do work out on your skills. Very bad. I had to be honest so that you donโt repeat the same mistake to your other customers in future ya . No hard feelings .

โ โ โ โ โ First time experience become disasters. The staff is not well trained. The result is not as I desire.The hair cut also very bad. When I ask about price she said need to bleach my hair 3 times but do only 2 times the colour result not nice after that because the bleacing is not enough.Only the marketing hype but turns out worse

โ โ โ โ โ This is my fourth time visiting this salon but this time, i am so disappointed. Not only did the hairdresser cut my hair uneven, she didnโt even listen to my request not cut too short. My previous experience in this salon was great. Dont know what went wrong though. That was my last time visiting this place. Iโm so sorry.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely not recommended hair salon for ladies out there. The hairstylist was not well trained. I simply request to cut my hair short and the result was disaster. Uneven haircut on my left and right side. Left side was longer than right side, while the back side was horrible and not straight at all, can't even describe it.
Even though I'm not follow the current hairstyles and wearing a hijab, but that doesn't mean you can treat your customer like that. Yes, I know that other people can't see our hair if we're using a hijab, but then you can't do that to us.
I'm not satisfied with your service, and being charge ridiculously higher than other places. The result was not acceptable at all. I'm not going to your hair salon anymore, this will be the first and last.
For the guy haircut, I don't know whether the service will be the same or not. Feel free to try at your own risk.
To the management team, kindly improve your service and send your staff for training regularly. It's not cool messing with other people's hairs. All the best for your business in the future.
