★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well-maintained apartment (I call it apartment since I don't think it has the luxury sense of a condominium) situated in the busy area of Kampung Baru. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital and 5-10 minutes drive from KLCC. The corridors are spacious. It has a tight security system (access cards would only allow people to go to the level of their respective units, parking and common areas. I could say that this place is generally safe. There is no proper lobby at ground floor and no seats provided for people to sit on. There is a mini market at level 1 and Public Bank at ground floor for your convenience. The restaurant at the ground floor (named Hale's Kitchen) serves some delicious meals but the prices are quite expensive. Their beef steaks are particularly great (again, expensive!). This restaurant is very popular for their Ramadhan buffet. You can also find plenty of other more affordable restaurants nearby. I don't personally admire the parking space because the ramps are narrow and spiral-shaped. Overall, this place is an average residence with a lot of amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with a great view. We can see both of twin tower and KL Tower from our room. Good security because there is an access card for our floor. A little bit spooky with old building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquility on the top of the world & located at the city centre. Night life is lively and foods of all kinds in walking distance. Masjid near by. Security is utmost maximum. Access card used for specific floor. Spacious Common area. Free public service to go to almost every where in kL.
