★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current MO is not able to manage the building and situations in a professional manner. The Building Manager is forever in thin air. We just know there is a BM as the name appears in condo master system. Response time is as slow as the sloth stamping in the animation Zootopia. When things are highlighted via email in black and white, response will take if one is lucky , a year. Most of the time , the email is never replied.

He not only is a great communicator, but he can anticipate the clients taste in a second and he always does stand up for the clients needs. He has been very patient with us in his consultation during our hunt for a new home and never ceased to discuss the pros and cons of apartments or bring up new suggestions and solutions. Very detailed-oriented also. I strongly recommend contacting Lewis if you are looking for a nice home. He has a great network, too.
