A	Azizah Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service we experienced was bad.. no hospitality but a lot of hostility. First when we asked for soaps they said they are out of stock so we ended up buying our own soaps at the nearby grocery. Secondly, when 1 of us got sick and as for some medicine they replied that they did not have any medicine and not even Panadol. Thirdly when we asked if they could send us or find us a ride to go to the nearby hospital their reply was no taxi at that time and no ride available even there were an MPV owned by the hotel park in front the lobby. Fourth, when we asked what are the hotel SOPa if any of their guests got sick or have and emergency, the reception at the front desk just disappear away into the back office and left us waiting cluelessly. As the 3 of us out of 6 are Kedahan.. we are so ashamed and disappointed by the hotel service and will never ever go to this hotel again.

S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever. Had a programme here in the early morning, but only could check-in and rest at 7pm?? Came in and check the room, no towels, and had to call the receptionist again. Funny thing is how they still asked us to check out at noon the next day. The food was so-so, there were flies around the cafeteria, could’ve done much better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Kedah. You dont get what you pay for.
F	Firdaus Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs at the reception including the driver who picked me up from the airport (free transfer since it is just a few hundred meters; it was raining). The room is spacious and clean. Just the lights behind the tv was not working in my room 332. The internet is good as i was able to connect to my company's VPN which requires good connection. The breakfast is satisfactory for my tastes. Just 1 night stay, can repeat to go jogging around the area in the morning watching while watching the view.
S	Syahida Alfath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 room and luckily they gave the interconnected rooms. As we got the end room, it is a little bit spacious compare to middle one. Room are comfortable with full carpeted floor. Suitable for big family. All is great except for the pillow (not fluffy and feels flat) and the control plug is exactly at the headboard (cannot sandar2 comfortably watching tv). Room are complete with iron and ironboard. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely love to comeback again.
N	Nur Zuriaty Zaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked Deluxe Quadruple Room. Arranged a shuttle from the airport. Flight got delayed and we were exhausted. Had to call for shuttle a couple of times to be picked up. They're not waiting for us the airport. Perhaps because of the holiday season. A good place for a rest if you had a long journey.
f	fatin asmidar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious hotel. Got welcome drink. Got door people that open the door for use. Friendly staff. A bit dirty inside the room but still acceptable, dryer in the bathroom not functioning.. The rest perfectly fine. Will repeat again.
B	Ben Johari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise is good as it's nearer to airport. Ample parking space and their staff are polite. Compare to my first visit 4 years ago, the hotel itself seem lack of maintenance. Room is still quite ok but look a bit dull. Should consider a major refurbishment.
