โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Client datang keluar masuk. Staff hanya stay di kaunter Main Handphone. Custumer smpai di kaunter pun masih lagi main handphone. ?
Bad service. Clients come in and out. The staff only stays at the Main Mobile counter. Even customers in the counter are still playing cellphones. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Barang semua cantik updated..tapi staff menyombong nak mmpus..30minit lagi nak closing air con dah tutup..lemas customer kat dalam..
The items are all beautifully updated..but the staff is bragging that they want to disappear..30 minutes left to close the air con, it's closed..the customer is drowning inside ..

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. The employee here did not serve the customers properly. Too lazy to work i guess they are just playing mobile game at the front counter. The floor also dirty so you guys not clean the shop ah? The workers also so rude. Find another workers. We will never come here again.

A staff should assist customers kindly, with effective communication and nice tone of talking.. the staff wasnt helping us at all and when we asked for inquiries, the response was very bad and rude.. ofc sometimes we can tolerate and understand but this is just simply rude.. even i do not understand chinese, i know the staff are talking bad about us. Ofc we are taking our time to decide on the products - its a freaking wedding we are talking about. I hope you can improve your customer service because as a customer i will not be visiting this shop for the sec time ever again. But looking at these reviews so far, its clear tht u made no improvement at all.. it can also be noticed that mostly are from malays.. if your employee are racists, then please dont work at a wedding shop because most customers would be malays. So for those who are looking for barang perkahwinan, do not come here. Bad hospitality
