★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful setting for a Japanese dine-in.The garlic fried rice was delicious and the set menu was affordable and provided dishes with lots of ingredients and flavours.Miso soup tasted and looked absolutely authentic.
Spectacular woodwork to admire while you enjoy your Japanese Meal.
A good selection of tasty sushi is also available to order here.
Rakuzen is very busy during lunch so it is advisable to come early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first dinner for 2022, it was packed and there was a 30mins wait. No worries, we dropped out the name and went walking around. In less than 20 mins got a call to say out table is ready.
The servers are efficient and friendly. The food is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at this outlet. A couple cut queue and the staff attended to the couple first thinking they were ahead. Thats fine. After ordering, i had to wait almost an hour wait for my set meal and cold noodle dish. Restaurant was not even packed. Cold noodle dish came warm ?. Impossible a simple don would take an hour to make. After enquiring multiple times then my dish came.
Best to go else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggest that clearly state that 2:30pm is last order, as kitchen closes at 2:30pm, instead of signage close at 3pm. Staff told us to dine elsewhere cos we arrived around 2:40pm today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently bookings are allowed here . Managed to get a table for 6 at 6pm . Food was OK and service was a tad slow . The chirashi bowl only at tuna and slithers or what looked like squid and lots of Japanese cucumber & tamago . The slice salmon was so thin.
