β β β β β Need to implement new ways of taking orders n distribution of purchased order to customer..current system, there is no receipt order given to customer n staff calling the customer by repeating the order purchased not by customer's name..its create confussion among the customer too..whether its for them or other customer. Need to upgrade the premise for large num of customer

β β β β β I am a regular buyer of Ramly products. Not that I intended to comment bad. But Ramly products has been going down recently. Those were the days the meet used to thick and meety, but now the meet is thin. Ramly sells so called CHICKEN KARIPAP, BUT THE FILLING INSIDE WILL BE MOST POTATOES AND A PINCH OF VERY FINE CHICKEN CHUCKS. SAME GOES FOR THE BEEF, SARDINE AND OTHER SAMOSA'S I HAVE Highlighted these issues to Ramly cashier, after than I wondered what can the cashier do. I have wrote to Ramly, but nothing seems to be changed to improve their product quality. I think if I go to meru market, there they sell many none popular Brand's which the taste is better. Thought to share!!!

β β β β β Waited more than half an hour for my food. Decided to gave my food to a walaun. And then forgotten my order. Basically an hour wait for my food. Kedai makan siam bawah pokok can get you food in less than 15 minutes.
