β β β β β If you visit Rasah Jaya, you can get to eat their Cuttle Fish BEE Hoon which I consider its Seremban Signature Dish (as I don't find any hawker center sell it). Its relatively cheap and taste great too. Tasted like braised pork slice with cuttle fish sauce on top the bee Hoon.

β β β β β Visited on a late Sunday morning for an early lunch. Tried the cuttlefish vermicelli after a 30 min wait. My coffee was served after 20 mins or so. The speed of service leaves much to be desired. Don't make this your pit stop if you're chasing the clock. Food was average and coffee was slightly better.

β β β β β Mee hoon sotong, is a combination of braised pork slices and cuttlefish with rice noodles.
Itβs a must have dish when I visit Seremban. Taste is a little salty but overall itβs nice.
Price is RM5.50 for a regular plate and RM6 for large.
We waited 25 minutes for our food on a Sunday morning.
