Raise ur voice in protecting the truth on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys who work in the office was rude and racists... Security will not allow people to stay and hard to come in and out. Few house owners are helpful and kind. Few of them loot your money by costing you high prices for changing things but they will replace with cheap things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience with their security which is Indian guy who is unprofessional and rude. disrespect visitor, tenant and owner. Management of this condominium also same not professional especially to a foreigner they are rude. Security system is tight using eye recognition, make it hard for visitors to visit family or friends here but still robbery happened. I seriously don't recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is dirty, the swimming pool always doesn't work. The lifts usually have an issue. The place is scattered with beer cans thrown from residents drinking around there. Population, mostly foreigners who don't really care about cleanliness just litter as they please. I am glad my friends have moved out from that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security people rude ,management office people rude and delay in processing everything , enviroment arent that safe especially car parking . Paying rent for it but not safe ?? Recommend any other condominium around . Worst place ever in PJ. Disrespect owner . Tight security system with useless face recognition which unable to detect most of the time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago, my gf was staying here for awhile. She got denggi once she moved in. So i visited here once then i felt disgusting badly. Lift moved but it didn’t seem to work smoothly then cleanliness of aisle was at desperate level as if I was nearly passed out. Don’t ever think of moving in this creepy place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad chairman, the old chinese guy, difficult for visitors, management expect visitors know all the rules, which is absurd because they are visitors! They're not staying there! Please report to local authority about the bad miss-management practise over here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one property agent in the condo and don’t ever try to rent a room under them, Southrop Residences. Their management is lousy, simply charge without any proof, spent 4 months to get my deposit refund after checking out and got charged for whole wall painting without informing.
What to do? They are holding your money. Lesson learnt.
