First everything was okay, responsive in replying messages. But after payment seems hardly reply.. Took weeks, we gt half of the furniture, and now NO response again and we have not received any reply on the next delivery date.
Very disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unpleasant experience, ordered chairs to be made and delivered a week before moving home, upon payment on the same day, the delivery date was set.
On the week of delivery I double confirmed on the delivery and it was committed once again. Until the day where it's supposed to be delivered, there were no news at all. I had to follow up 3 times myself, to find that my chairs weren't ready.
Though I've expressed my disappointment and a staff shortage reason was given, the delivery was never confirmed and was rescheduled again for another 3 times.
Today, the chairs finally arrived, and the chairs were not stable. Once again, they are taken back to be fixed. I have no dining chairs in my new home, and I've been eating on the stairs. I wished things would have taken a better turn when I first voiced my dissatisfaction. Repeated apologies with no improvement does not bring any value.

โ โ โ โ โ I have purchased from this shop 5 times and love all the ratan furniture sets. They are well made,comfortable, easy to decorate and matches the other furniture in my house and of course..lightweight designs n very lasting.
I really like rattan art design. I plan to purchase other designs in the future ..choices within my budget. Highly recommend this store.
