★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big firm specializing in property conveyance. Possibly panel lawyers for various banks. I am sure the lawyers are capable and screened by the banks but customer service is almost none when dealing with their staff. The most unpleasant experience I had among all the law offices I dealt with. I emailed them regarding the perfection of title on my HL Bank loan agreement and they never bothered to respond at all. My 2nd email to them totally ignored too. I will definitely request for other lawyers from the bank for my future loans.
