★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The farmasi department is very very poorly managed. Waiting time up to 2 hours is the norm. Erik the Director please take note. Take a tip from other government departments like the immigration and NRD. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was at 10am and im suppose to be there 30mins earlier at 9.30am ...i came earlier at 8.30am the malay nurse chased me off told to come only at 9.30am...i went ard 9.20am she still chased me off to come after 9.30am only ..being punctual n earlier will not be accepted if u hv anything urgent need to be solved. PLS TAKE NOTE OF THIS FOR EARLY COMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 7.40am. Put card in doctor’s basket at 8.05am, doctor only starts to see patient at 9.15am but till 10.15am I was not being called. Very poor service, not efficient at all. Please show that government servants can do better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom appointment at 8. We came on time. We gave blood and the nurse asked us to go to counter 15 and give the blood and nothing else!!!! We went to counter 15 and gave the blood and waited and waited waited. After one hour! We asked the person in counter 15 and he asked us... “what did the nurse in the previous room said?”. I told him what the nurse told us. And he didn’t even seemed bothered. Just asked us to go back. Told us that we can go back.
Wasted our time here. Should have told us that we don’t have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses are extremely polite and good but these Dr's in room 5/6 (both the Indian and Malay ladies) are equally rude and lack experties. They don't realize that their wages are paid by us taxpayers. May get slightly crowded, but frontline staffs are doing an amazing job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make appointment fo PCR test after 10 days of quarantine. The receptionist asked me to come and make appointment at counter. What if I was a virus carrier? We should minimize my movement, shouldn't we? I hope the appointment system should look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The frontliners are doing great job. The nurses are very helpful and polite. Went to CAC and was given clear information of what to do next. The doctors are good and responsible too. Special thanks Dr Ashwin for all the follow up calls. I am very grateful and thumbs up to the nurses and doctors at KK Rawang?
