Itโs too bad. I havenโt heard any news for a month. I havenโt opened it since I started school. I donโt know how many times I have it. Now itโs even worse. Itโs really bad to say that itโs going to be renovated.

โ โ โ โ โ Ada sorang kerani kat situ is very sombong especially dgn orang orang yang datang nak belajar. Kalau dengan cikgu cikgu kat situ dia okay je tapi bila orang datang terus buat muka cemberut dia tu.
And then ada sorang cikgu kat situ suka maki maki and marah marah budak yang datang nak belajar. Dia ajar pun tak serius and selalu sangat marah marah budak. Arahan dia pun confusing which causing budak yg belajar dgn dia pun cam tak faham dgn arahan dia.
So, in a nutshell, this driving academy is not listed in one of my recommendations.
There is a clerk here that is very arrogant especially with the people who come to study. If the teacher is here he's okay but when people come on the face they scare him.
And then there's a cikgu and there's a lot of fun and angry angry boys who come to learn. She teaches not serious and always very angry angry slave. His instructions were confusing which caused the boy to learn with him and did not understand his instructions.
So, in a nutshell, this driving academy is not listed in one of my recommendations.

โ โ โ โ โ Pengurusan sangat terok..10 kali tukar jadual..cikgu berenti x inform kita..staff sangat sangat sangat kurang ajar..mcm kita dtg belajar free pulak..x sedar gaji die pn cust yg bayar..very bad service at ray pandu!!!siapa la org atasan x menjaga pengurusan langsung...staff mcm tu x perlu simpan ???
Management is very poor..10 times to change the schedule..my teacher means x informs us..staff is very very very rude..mcm we come to study for free..x aware of the salary the customer pays..very bad service at ray pandu !!! who is the superior person x takes care of the direct management ... the mcm staff x needs to save ???

SOP is provided and people are follow it. Good.

โ โ โ โ โ You'll have to sit for the computer test in Bentong Town, about 10 minutes from the driving school.
The office staff are always busy for some reason and might not even notice you there, but they're still friendly.
The vast panel of instructors are kind and experienced and know their way around. Most of them offer the right guidance and advice, based on your ability to drive. Most are committed to their job.
(This is solely based on the instructor assigned to you.)
Some even work after hours with you to save up time for their busy schedule.
It's the only driving institute in Bentong and it can be packed on most days. Exam days or otherwise.
They offer transportation for students to nearby areas of Bentong at an extra cost.
All in all a good place to get your driving license.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very disappointed with the clerk's attitude at ray pandu Bentong . I forgot their names but one i remember was natasha (there was 3 of them) . How the hell could they treat me like rubbish . No manners at all , always with their 'menyampah' face . Please improve your attitude and how u serve your customers. This is not what we pay for . It does not only happened to me but also to my sister and cousin .
My sister told me she saw one of the clerk was laughing with the male teacher but when she entered , in a split sec she changed and treat my sister with attitude .
I just hope this thing won't happen again in the future . Think about your customers . They have their rights to be treated fairly and nicely by u guys . They pay for what they deserves .
