★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in This area. Bad managment. Bad security, Dirty place, expensive price. Nightmare Condo. Not recommended. RM1300 rental, too expensive, can find newer place with this price. You can find better condo for price in rayaria. Be aware, you can be scammed by agents and managment. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area isnt good. Very old. And expensive. Wanted Rent a flat, but agents tried scam me. I faced 2 agents in RayaRia which is 100% cheater! Bad Agents taking from Foreigner workers and students 4 month deposit + RM250 for tenancy agreement, (Original price for tenancy agreement is RM140). But for Malay people 1 month deposit and only RM140 tenancy agreement (My malay friend rented like that from Selangor). Also RayaRia management also bad, when you asking for renting flat and asking for owner, they automatically call agent. They working with them to make money. How i understand from people in RayaRiya, They devide your 2 month deposit, for boss in Managment and Agent. So when you rent flat in RayaRia, thats mean, you need forget refund your money like 2 month at the end of contract (PS: Deposit 4 month + RM250 tenancy agreement which is original price agreement is RM140. You cant talk with owner about anything like in Alpine Village. I really not recommend you go to RayaRia if you foreigner student or worker. Bad people controlling that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Ipoh for 1 month to have some good holidays. But how to live without problems, right??? That’s right! Raya Riya management did a lot of problem. I think they don’t like foreigners. I can say, pool is dirty, can’t sweam comfortable. No cleaning and agent didn’t provided me car park area. So my rented car gotta stay outside Rayaria with no security. So my holiday was stressful and worrying. Ugh. Don’t want remember this place again. bless me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. High Rental for this area. RM1400 can rent beat new condo with new furniture near your work. Management not work clearly, cheating. Not nice place to stay with full comfortable. Place not quiet + dirty pool and not much car parks and also no gym.
