★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest halls in Ipoh run by the Ceylonese Association Of Perak. It used to be called the Cultural Hall now called Rayan Hall commemorating one of its founding members Mr RCM Rayan who passed away in 2008. Big parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the hall is suitable to cater for a reasonable crowd. It has a stage which makes it suitable for a wedding. More importantly there is a separate dining hall which will make it easier to enjoy the food without disturbing the ceremony. There is also parking space available within the compound. But it may not be enough for a big crowd.
