โ โ โ โ โ Very bad workmanship. Whole process was disappointing. They told me the process will take only 2-3hours and will give me a call upon completion for pick up, but ended up waited for 6 hours+.
Customer service was so bad, the sales person never reply or return my call until the next day evening. Okay, Iโm fine with the bad service. But left scratches on my new car, whole body. (using cloth that was as black like they never wash it before).
Okay fine, Iโll bring my car for coating. But! I realise there was another scratch on my car (interior) situated near my left window & air vent. Unbelievable.... Thn... there was dust and scratch on the window tinting as well (forcing me to go back to them for an exchange for both front and 1 back mirror). But this time, I went to bangi branch hoping it wonโt leave any scratches on my car again... but surprisingly! Another scratch found on my left side mirror!!!! My car was parked outside (where my left side mirror was facing grass area and not the driveway) what do you think? - a different review will be posted on Bangi branch...
Overall experience is 0 star and terrible! I am so afraid to bring my car to Raytech for any warranty purpose in future... please bring your car to them on your own risk.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor services and hospitality. I have no problem with Raytech product as my other car equipped with this tinted. The only problem is the peoples working in Raytech Kajang. I've been waiting for 3 hours even appointment already made before. Hence, no point if you making appointment with them. Hospitality and customer services is totally out. I believe the girl at the counter lied to me about my car status. She keep saying the car will start soon etc. Real thing is they do nothing to my car. Wasting my precious hour here. Worst come to worst, I have to cancel the tinted installation here even though my voucher still there. So please don't go here, find other outlet somewhere in KL/PJ area.

โ โ โ โ โ Sales guy is not professional enough. Workmanship not great, using those old and dirty cloth to wipe car causing a lot of swirl permenant pattern.. Haiya.. They even have their penknife cut till the car side.. Can you imagine, you pick up your new car in the morning and you sent the car to the shop and after 7 hours, they give u back your car in bad condition. Job done badly and the shampoo everything is not wipe inside.. Thumbs down.. Please lah, you are handling customer property for few thousands up to few hundred thousands. Please be more caution..
I've complained to their HQ and the person in-charge called to offer us compensation at their panel coating shop for their mistake but I don't see the sincererity. Proposed to provide 2 door cup if we do coating at their panel but since we have no confidence at them and in the end we get nothing for compensation..
Anyway, I still needs to give my credit to Lawrence. He is a nice guy and take my request seriously. He took over my case from another sales guy and he ensure things under his purview is in order and I'm satisfied with his service.. Even though I'm not happy with the shop but I still appreciate his help.. Recommend to find Lawrence if you wanna do window tint here.

โ โ โ โ โ I went here for 3rd times to claim warranty.i dont understand after using 3 month the tinted start bubble everywhre.workmanship also very bad..after installed can see many scratch on the tinted.End up i decided to go to other raytech branch to claim.tired!

โ โ โ โ โ Super bad experience! I will never come to this place at all. If you have set an appointment, you will never can get it on time as agreed. Do not come!
I just walked away after they let few other customer before yours, and let you wait for another few hours. I felt cheated.
Wasted 2 hours of my life at this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad promise. Booked slot at 3 pm and handover at that time. Promise complete at 6+. Call at 6.30 they said delay & will finish at 7.30 or 8 pm. Arrived at 8.30 but not doing anything yet. Then find out they doing other car which come later. Finish at 10pm.
