★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 3.45pm, no other car in line. Started tint installation at 4.10pm, finish at freaking 6.10pm! Three persons took 2 hours to settle a single car. Some more they even drain my car battery. Let my car run on battery with a/c on the whole time. Already cannot start when they realise it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional service (Allen), and did not keep to appointment. Installation was also not done properly, and currently have 3 glass panels with dust, bubbles and waviness.
When providing the warranty card, did not even explain about the film that was placed in the car, nor did they ask you to inspect it when done. Waited more then 4 hours.
Upon asking about the issues, they simply said go visit one of the outlets and someone will look into it. No offer to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop to replaced my window tint in this store as there was air bubble in my front windscreen tint installed in another shop years ago. Took back the car around late evening. My car rear windscreen heater was broken because of replacing the old tint. The shop is unprofessional as they did not let the owner know that there's a risk of damage to heater strip when replacing. If so, I could choose to replace certain area. Now I have to change the whole window glass if I want to repair the heater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking appointment to apply tinted on my car at 12pm and I left the car there for me to continue work at my office. Later after finish my work at 5pm and come to collect the car only to know that my car did not put up tinted yet. They start to put up tinted on my car at 6.30pm.
Bad managing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of work. Replaced rear tint because of bubble. Some of the old demister were not completely removed. Very patchy job. Did not vacuum or clean all the rubbish from the job. Pieces of plastics and dust all over the place. Not responsible shop. Expensive and lousy.

less than an hour of installation.
very pricey but i think it's worth it.
