★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought new sofa at Recafi Ipoh. Sales Consultant Ivy Choy very friendly & helpful. Installer En Wan from Penang and her group very friendly also.... 5 Star.. Keep it up..

Actually , from the customer's point of view . when i'm walk inside the shop , i saw many staff at there but after i visit the whole shop also didn't have one staff come to explain what type of the sofa and when i leave the shop they still stay stand inside the counter and chatting with another staff .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales was friendly and helpful. Delivery is a nightmare. We bought bed frames, mattress, sofa set, dining table & chairs and wardrobes from them. Items in stock were supposed to call 1 day before delivery. Delivery guy turned up unannounced like 8 days later wanting to leave the items there first and installation guy supposed to come later. Rejected them as the item may be subjected to rain if the installation guy turns up late. Re-arranged to following Mon 12 noon. Around 10.30am called them just to be sure and was told delivery is rescheduled to next day. If we hadn’t call them, we would have wasted our day waiting for them again. Super bad service and Inconsiderate to customer’s time! No firm date on the other items on pre-order so it’s just like a wait and see. We also bought a few more items from another local shop and their delivery was on time with disposal service as well. Super disappointed with this entire experience and needless to say, think twice from buying from them. So much for being a listed company, means nothing when it comes to service.

First of all, allow me to pre-warn if you wanted to buy from them as the after-sales-service is excruciatingly painful.
Why:
- it took them more than 35 days to deliver, and still counting.
- poor communication and co-ordination. They don’t inform you when they are coming, and the delivery guy just conveniently dump all the items while the installation team has not arrived. They expect you to be at home 24x7.
- no proper follow up
Their showroom is nice. Sales reps are friendly.
Hence, 1 star for that.

I was surprised with the shop layout as it was different from Recafi (HQ) which I visited weeks before. The shop layout was very nice and almost like IKEA.
But, less 1 star because no one entertain us for the whole half an hour strolling from one floor to another. Unlike HQ which there was a very nice salesperson following us around and answer all questions we asked. The reason we didn't buy anything from HQ was because of the distance.
Another 1 star deducted because I think the price here was higher compared to HQ. Maybe because the price already included assembly and delivery which we didn't know how far they cover for delivery.
