★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service for the red box karaoke here, because we order the chicken chop, after 45 minutes told us that no more chicken chop need to order again. They not tell us immediately when we order. After we order another one meal, after half an hour told us that the meal we order don’t have again. Why cannot told us the foods are not available now and let us order other foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went 2 times this year. Once during promotion price include food (i think) and the latest is without promo. Overall the service is excellent, waiting/queue is not long. Got a whole lots of rooms to choose from but the Small room always full even on Weekdays. The food is standard price for restaurants and just good enough to keep your tummy filled. One staff sometimes just come in without knocking... That's all.

The service here is terrible! We clearly wrote on the paper that Z01 x3 is that everyone knows that we need three cups of orange juice, but you gave us three cups of watermelon juice, what does it mean? It's not that I want to complain about you, it's that you have a problem with your work attitude! Your food is not comparable to the pavilion redbox, the pavilion redbox is the same price as yours, we ordered salmon but yours was small, the pavilion salmon was huge, ok, I don't blame you for that, but! I ordered two glasses of orange juice after that, I'm afraid you will read it as someone else's name, and you only sent a glass of orange juice? What's the meaning? The food is also very late, if it is changed to pavilion's redbox service will not be like this ? I hope you have improved, and please clean your eyes and read this review before passing by, To be honest, you can't even get one star, but you can't evaluate without one star. thank you?

Prices are good, but MAKE SURE you reserve for the right amount of people attending your party or you'll end up paying A LOT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ need an advance booking. pack 148++ 3 hr./room. Sat night. new songs are quit limited. infamous singers/bands are excessive. variety of foreign language songs are inadequate. add some Turkish songs. pls. drinks and food available but x. second-last choice
