Very fresh seafood here with helpful staff that are not pushy. Seems very popular with the locals and is crowded during dinnertime. Advise to make reservations. Suitable for large family gatherings.

Fishball noodles and yong taufu. Air conditioning room available if you wanna pay them a visit in the afternoon. Not a bad place to have your lunch and brunch. Dinner is another type of meal.

bad experience! bad attitude! especially the old lady owner, she has shown her bossy attitude when i first order which didnt provide the noodle menu. her tone of voice is very high when i didnt aware that must choose the noodle first. after i have taken a seat and the food came after a min. Immediately, the kakak come to ask me pay the bill. as i see the reataurant isnt full and out of seats. dont be like halau ppl. Definitely i think there are alot of improvement need to work on for the service and staff training , even for the person incharge for today.

Nice noodle soup served with fishball, deep fried bean curd with fish paste, and assorted Yong-tau-foo. Price reasonable. The service was superb. Ordering of food was so easy and smooth with the help of the experienced waiter.

Food was served quick despite the Sunday peak dinner time .The seafood is fresh and the food is good . Price is affordable . But the shop can be a little messy cause part of the kitchen equipment was placed next to the cashier area , which they used for the fish ball noodle stall during the day. Hence I give a 4 stars rating.

My purpose coming here was actually for the roe crab but the availability is not guaranteed, unlike the regular mud crab which is one of the permanent fixtures in this popular seafood restaurant located in Batu 9 Cheras. True enough, the chance came one day when most of us were in Cheras and I quickly proposed this restaurant. Reservation was quickly made once everyone agreed. Driving to the unknown part in Cheras was quite a breeze (thanks to Waze) barring the heavy traffic on the way. True enough, the restaurant was full house when we arrived but we got the table inside the air conditioned area. You can choose either to eat steamboat or regular dai chow in which we opted for the latter. Tanks of seafood were displayed where you can take a pick on whichever strikes your fancy - mud crab, geoduck, fish, bamboo clams, and even oysters. ◾Chicken wings - still using the traditional charcoal method to grill the wings, we chomped everything like hungry kids upon served as we were quite famished.. grilled perfectly, tender and juicy with the aroma of charcoal. If you're old school like me, you'll love this. Order separately with the uncle Manning the stall. ◾pork lard claypot crab - social media worthy kind of dish. As one of the star dish in this restaurant, I have to say that it's quite unconventional but somehow it worked for me. The saltiness from the pork lard blended harmoniously with the sweetness from the crab. And they were pretty generous with the amount of lards too! ◾Spicy salt & pepper crab - contrasting version compared to the pork lard crab, this variation was also quite interesting. ◾Fresh shucked oysters - imported from California, these huge oysters had light buttery flavour.. nothing like a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of tabasco sauce wouldn't help to enhance the experience. ◾baked chicken in chilly oil - similar to poached chicken but the addition of the spicy chilly oil made the difference. Not too spicy.. just nice for me. ◾Kangkung belacan - no complaints. ◾Fried Kam Heong lala mee hoon - as the name suggests, this mee hoon was stir fried "Kam Heong" style with lots of big lala thrown into the mix. It was not beautifully presented but this has got to be my favourite dish of the night. I swear that I could taste the beautiful aroma of Kam Heong in each and every strand of the vermicelli. ◾Hokkien mee, Cantonese yee mee, wat tan hor and sweet & sour pork rice - all these dishes were for the kids and they managed to polish everything up with minimal fuss. Must be good. Leo's verdict - another gem unearthed.. well, not exactly a gem to the locals but at least for me. The people behind this restaurant are also seafood distributor and therefore, ensuring that the selections are fresh. I miss this place!

It's a regular amongst the locals, and there is a good reason for it. A great selection of yong tau fu, and the price per piece is still reasonable at 1.70 per piece (it was 1.50 before) The har mee (prawn noodles) is good to try too. Coffee/Cham was not good though

Fishball noodle is one of classic stable food for Chinese Malaysian, and this shop serves the best broth and fishball we have tried at least in this part of Klang Valley! Their fishball is so fresh, tasty and springy in texture! One should try their dried variance of their fishball noodle; it is especially delicious with the right mix of condiment and fresh chilly sauce! They also also offer a wide range of freshly prepared “yong-tau-foo” to go with!
