Rebekah was and still is helping me rebuild from my various injuries. The ability to explain why and what we are doing in a clear, simple way helps me understand what I need to improve and focus on. It helps me with my body awareness and movement as I do my various sports.

My first session included an in depth explanation alongside an illustrative video. I definitely better understand the way my body moves thanks to her!

SuetYi my therapist is very connected with me and my body in every session to achieve our target by ensuring I know exactly what is happening and what to expect besides being very encouraging too. She was very clear in what needs to be worked on and took into consideration the current working climate I’m in and modified my daily movements to fit what needs to be achieved. A lot of thought went into how she structured the rest of the session after the initial assessment. Will definitely come back for another session. A great physio for anyone needing a physio to help with modification to assist your day to day, or if you’re a performer like me, getting better at what you’re weak in and need working on!
