Reliance Penang Wheelchair & Hospital Bed & Philips Respironics Everflo Oxygen Concentrator & Commode & Medical Supplies

I have read many unfair and baseless reviews of late, targetting them, for nothing. We have been supporting them for the past 4 years, on and off we will go and buy wheelchair and our medical supplies from them. Salesman is very knowledgeable, and never rude to us.

Super honest guy! Was seeking for bed for terminal patient. Instead of recommending and selling me new bed, was recommended 2 charity places to get instead. Appreciate the gesture. Conscience first, sale and profit second. *thumbs up*

V very good & friendly service. And I Felt bad askin thm 2 deliver at 7pm Saturday evening cos my dad really need a hospital bed urgently. But they accommodated my request and sent with such short notice and deserve a big pat on back. Very good staff and the price is same with online ones. Delivered into my bedroom - not like online people, just dump at door and cabut. Thank you, and I gladly recommend this place highly!! Update my review: on 30.8.2021 I ordered oxygen concentrator from them. Very good service! Thumbs up! highly recommend.

I survey whole market and found out that this Reliance is really the cheapest price in penang. I order the patient hospital bed and ward screen and bath chair in morning, delivered in afternoon. All items total less than RM2000 only! The bed send by their own van and their technician setup n explain very well. The shop staff also very friendly and good service. ??

Awful customer service, definitely could have handled things better. I had just walked into the store with my dad in the wheelchair earlier this afternoon, where instead of simply telling us they don't carry spare parts of any other brand (which I'm assuming is the case - giving the benefit of the doubt here), the salesman kept repeating that they do not and will not repair any other wheelchair brands, even if they did have the parts. For context, the wheelchair my dad was using did not have any brand, and the part we were searching for was merely a footrest pedal. Now I don't know if this is their company policy but if it is, I find it very odd, to say the least. This whole experience could have been avoided had the salesman just mentioned earlier on the phone call between them and my dad that they only repair/service the wheelchairs that they sell, and not informed us of this only when we had already walked into the store. Edit : *Disclaimer; I'm not writing this to slander or defame anyone, I just think I ought to speak up on some things.* It has been a week since I posted a review about my own experience with this shop. Not once have I asked anyone to 'review-bomb' or give this shop negative ratings, and even in my own review, I spoke concisely and was fairly neutral in my stance. This review of mine was never intended to undermine all the other good reviews, or all the good things that they have done. I was simply posting as an individual, of my own bad experience. The things that don't sit well with me are 1) the fact that my father had to be pulled into this mess by being sent threats to his personal number, and 2) the fact that his name is still on a public post. I can accept how some may think this is unnecessary, because I very much think the same. However, I don't think it's fair for my father to be on the receiving end of such disrespect, and until an apology has been issued, this review still stands true to me, and I can't take it down. Once again, I do believe this whole situation could have easily been prevented, and even if things do spiral like it has, an apology could and would mend certain relationships. Thanks for reading :)

Very good and reliable shop to find Reliance brand wheelchair spare parts.The staff here are very friendly and humble. They are also selling Wheelchair, hospital bed and many more. Highly recommended !!!

On 11.6.22, my family went to Reliance and bought 1 electric bed less than RM3k only. Service very pleasant. We need it very urgently, and they sent on same day, within 2hrs only. Great pleasant service, reasonable prices and they even give me free gift. We highly recommend this place for those looking for hospital bed package!!

Update review 13th June 22- I have been loyal customer for a very long time. This business has been attacked unfairly on their page. Very ugly behavior by some people. I go there every 2 weeks to buy my pampers, and they have been nothing but pleasant. Prices also cheap. I am very pleased buying my electric hospital bed from Reliance. I did my survey and found that their price is the cheapest in Penang. The motors are really quiet, and it's good becos my father is light sleeper. Delivery was fast n prompt and was even 15 minutes earlier than promised!! Thumbs up for that!! ? The technician that came to my house was very patient and explained to us in detail the use n functions of our bed. I truly recommend this shop if you want great price, fast delivery and above all, good medical products!
