Best travel agency that takes care of me from the beginning till the end. I took the Langkawi Bubble as a spring board to enter Malaysia for Chinese New Year celebration in 2022. Stayed at Berjaya Resort Hotel which is a good choice for those who prefer quietness and nature. The tour package included a dedicated tour guide who would pick you up alternate days either for a swab test at external lab or for local tour. In days where you were not let out, you were required to do saliva test using the test kit provided by the travel agency. The travel agency is contactable all the time , providing useful information to facilitate customs clearance and app info upload. All smoothly organised. Highly recommended.

Mr Sunny of Reliance Premier Travel was tremendously helpful in organising our trip to Malaysia via the Langkawi Bubble. He guided and advised us throughout the entire process, making it as smooth and painless as it can be. Every aspect of the process was well prepared and organised by him (and his team) which made the process of navigating Malaysian bureaucracy/requirements and entry into Malaysia very smooth! After our Langkawi stay, we ventured to another part of Malaysia where the hotel we had chosen turned out to be terribly disappointing. Thanks to Mr Sunny's persistence and quick work - he managed to immediately organise a cancellation and refund for the remaining nights and booked us into a fantastic nearby hotel. His actions saved us a lot of stress (especially having a grumpy 20 month old toddler in tow) and made our stay for the remaining days thoroughly enjoyable. My family and I are very grateful to Mr Sunny for supporting us throughout our stay in Malaysia, and making it the wonderful trip that it was!

I made an enquiry regarding the Langkawi travel bubble. They offered a 8-night package which seemed suitable. I researched the cost to me if I prepared the package myself. However, they quoted a price that was 50% higher. I requested a breakdown of the expenses including any fees but they did not respond. I would advise anyone, particularly expats and overseas visitors, to do your own due diligence when choosing a travel agency. Some may try to take advantage of you especially during these unusual times. They know you may be focused on the planning aspect and be susceptible to overcharging. Response to the owner: Sir, I'm afraid you are being condescending and disingenuous. First of all, I always received a quick reply, usually within 1-3 hours, from your agency until I requested an expense breakdown of the package you proposed, which should take just a few minutes to provide (Seriously, what do you mean by "we haven't gone into details on your inquiry". It was a straightforward request). Then...no response. Second, of course I'm aware the package was all inclusive (and I think you already know that). Do you think I've never purchased a package before? In fact, in my last email (which again was never responded to), I listed the expenses for the hotel (based on Booking.com, Agoda, etc.); for all the Covid tests (PCR, RTK, and self-tests) based on prices charged by clinics and hospitals in Malaysia including Langkawi; travel medical insurance for 8 days (which isn't that expensive, or at least shouldn't be), and private transportation plus two half-day tours (one day total only). I did my research, which probably your agency didn't expect me to do. My comparison was fair. Finally, you're claiming the quote that was provided was just "indicated pricing" (i.e. 50% above normal pricing, not factoring in discounts your agency receives). Is that how it works? You see if the customer accepts the quote provided, and if he/she doesn't you then try to negotiate a price? Doesn't seem like a good way to build trust. Regarding the other ratings, I can't speak directly to that. However, I wouldn't be surprised if your approach differs between Malaysians and non-Malaysians, the latter more likely to be unaware of pricing in Malaysia.

When my husband and myself decided to go back to Malaysia through LITB program, we contacted two travel agents through the recommendation from FB Malaysia Quarantine support group. We decided on a couple of hotels and asked the agents to quote us on the same hotels. We found Reliance Premier Travel not only gave us a reasonable price, they were approachable and genuine. Amazing travel agents. PM Yip and Sunny were responsive, prompt, accurate and super helpful. HIGHLY recommend them. Where other travel agencies simply forwarded me a website link to the airline or to the government (covid SOPs) for me to try to digest the ever changing Malaysian and other countries procedure and changes these agents actually broke it down for me in easily digestible bite size pieces of information. In addition, they were helpful and flexible and went above and beyond as far as I am concerned with their service.
