★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty complicated issue with my hip involving tight hip flexors and hip impingement. My therapist, Lee, is very knowledgeable and helped me fix these issue which I am very grateful for, as previous therapists at other physio centers failed to do so.
However, my only criticism is that there is additional RM50 charge for the first session only which I was not aware of. It is definitely worth it, but it also would have been nice to be told about this.

My mum's leg shape is getting better and there is an improvement in her walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was treated by Sally during my visit. Enjoyed my session with her, dry needling barely had any pain. She started out with the assessment, followed by treatment and ended with a clear diagnosis. No bs, no upselling after the session.
In terms of recovery, there were definitely signs of improvement however may go back for a few more sessions in hopes that my injury will heal completely.

All the Physio’s here are friendly, knowledgeable & absolutely skilled.
Parking is easy at this location too.
Even if you don’t have any issues, feel free to come just for a nice relaxing sports massage ?

Experienced Physiotherapist with a good reasonable and affordable fees!
Found this rehab center in IG and made an appointment through their website. Filled in some vital details and done, they'll remind us about the appointment and flexible in rescheduling which is very convenient
I was assigned to Mr. Lee. Explained what is the problem and the pain I was facing. He observed and did some simple bending to examine it. Then he took time to explain and make me understand what is the cause of pain and then everything make sense!
Continued with treatment which was painless. It was needless nor any machine was used. Simple massage and the pain was gone. I bet it was from the experiences that he has (physiotherapist). He then explained to me some take home exercises and stretchers. Surprisingly, it was all good after that!
Most importantly, NO hard sell, no selling of any packages or advance bundle paying was ever mentioned throughout the process and till I leave the outlet!! Was very impress towards their work professionalism.
I would recommend to give it a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit to Relive, had really good experiences on both visits. Sally patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them!) and helped me with correct breathing exercises, finding out which muscles were tense, massaging, and followed up with a list of exercises customised for areas needed, and texted me all the exercises via whatsapp so I can remember them.
I noticed the place is sanitised immediately after my visit and everything looks clean and in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
