โ โ โ โ โ Not sure about the other good reviews but mine was definitely a rushed job (see picture for the wrinkles). Promised Thursday or Saturday but when the day came, no reply from owner even though seen. Next day only replied, without any apology (even though he clearly broke his promise). They even installed back the mechanism wrongly.
What prompted me to write this review is the non-reply from owner after i repeatedly asked about the price for Nappa/PVC leather reupholstery for whole chair as my friend has one similar to mine as well but he decided not to reply.
Maybe owner thinks it's low $ job so he doesn't care about replying me. So no comment on those who did whole sofa but if this is his attitude, i am not sure what to say for those going for warranty. Still, as you can see from the picture, the handiwork is clearly not as good as described by other reviewers.
