★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to inform that i am not happy with my experience here. I feel cheated by your shop. I came yesterday to buy buggies. I came with honesty telling you all I don't know anything about birds. You charge me RM180 for ONE buggie. I found out today that the price is about 80 ringgit and even lesser in most pet shop. This is not a very nice thing to do. To cheat customer who honestly come and ask advice. Maybe its also my fault for not going around to check price first. Even so, I did say this is a bit expensive and the owner so no this price is very cheap already. I think it's not right to take advantage of customers like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad! I know they have variety of animals but guys, their animal is in bad condition and living in a small and dirty cages. Please do your own research before buying. They gave me false facts that snake don't need hide... If you want to safe those animal's life, go to adoption center cause buying from them is helping their bad care bussiness to continue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service. we did call the shop first to confirm if there is meal worms available before we walk-in to buy it. the owner confirms that the meal worms is available. When my runner arrived at the shop (30minutes later) the owner told that the meal worm is not available?. im so disappointed since they gave wrong infos and then i have to pay the runner as well for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alot of wild animal i ever seen before happening to be in this shop.i bought some sugar glider food and they sell rabbit hay too.thanks for explanation of these wild animal and the tortoise hope i can have it in future for my two little boy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many animals there. They sun their tortoise everyday, so how are they badly treated? The big ones in the containers are new stock yet to be sold. They haven't been in there for months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only shop we find that sells Multi Vitamin for turtle.
Our turtle is weak and requires Vitamin A, even though it spend its time in the sun. We gone to many reptile stores in KL but this one actually has Multi Vitamin for turtles and tortoise.
Parking here will be very very difficult as there is no space, you could park at the nearby mall but it will be a walk to get here. We did 3 round the block till luck arrive as there is a parking spot right in front of the shop!
The shop lady was friendly and educate us about the Multi Vitamin and how to use properly. We are definitely coming back here again and again for our Multi Vitamin stock.
