★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya order Risoles dari sini agak kurang memuaskan.
1 - Order nak sampai sangat lambat. Alasan order lambat adalah untuk jaga kualiti makanan, maka makanan yang dibuat adalah terhad.
2 - Runner mengambil masa yang lama untuk tiba, janji pukul 2 tapi tiba pukul 5. Merosakkan jadual harian yang dibuat untuk jangka masa tersebut dengan hanya menunggu di rumah.
3 - Kualiti makanan tidak memuaskan. Risoles nya mempunyai inti yang sedikit dan nipis. Apa yang di iklan kan oleh influencer di Instagram ternyata berbeza dengan apa yang kita dapat.
4 - Cili yang disediakan dalam kotak hanya 2 untuk 10 biji risoles. Risoles yang dijual di gerai tepi jalan pun biasanya sebiji cili untuk sebiji risoles.
 My experience ordering Risoles from here is a bit unsatisfactory.
1 - Order to arrive very late. The reason for the slow order is to maintain the quality of the food, so the food made is limited.
2 - Runner takes a long time to arrive, appointment at 2 but arrives at 5. Damaging the daily schedule made for that time by just waiting at home.
3 - Food quality is unsatisfactory. The risoles have a small, thin core. What the influencer advertised on Instagram turned out to be different from what we got.
4 - Chili prepared in a box of only 2 to 10 risoles. Risoles sold at roadside stalls are usually a chili for a risoles.

1. Delivery sangat lambat, sambil memberi alasan tidak munasabah.
2. Quality teruk. Inti tauhu sikit sangat, tak padan dgn harga.
3. Sos cair dan sangat manis. (Dah komplain, dia kata staff dia terlepas pandang ?.)
4. Potong tauhu senget2 ?♂️. (Tgk gambar).
5. Bila buat aduan dkt nani rostam tu, saya kena block....
Kalau boleh nak bagi kosong bintang.
Beli tepi jalan lagi sedap kalu mcm ni. Dah la mahal. Nak buat report dkt persatuan pengguna la mcm ni....
Very unsatisfactory.
1. Delivery is very slow, while giving unreasonable reasons.
2. Bad quality. The tofu core is very little, not worth the price.
3. The sauce is liquid and very sweet. (Complained, he said his staff overlooked ?.)
4. Cut the tofu senget2 ?♂️. (No picture).
5. When I make a complaint to Nani Rostam, I have to be blocked ....
If possible, I want to give a blank star.
Buy it by the roadside again, it's delicious like this. Dah la mahal. Want to make a report to the user association like this ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an online order through their website, they gave me a delivery day without a specific date. After payment, as even the receipt did not specify a date, i tried confirming through whatsapp. No clear answer was given, and they said that they will update me with delivery details.
All was silent until half an hour before they attempted delivery. I got a whatsapp notifying me that the runner is on their way. I did not expect this and was not at home.
They insisted that this was my error and i should have known it would be today. So nothing could be done and i gave my order to the runner to keep for themselves.
To the owners, please communicate better instead of shifting all the blame onto your customer who does not have all the necessary details in the first place. A simple "yes, delivery confirmed for day/month/year" would be great.
To the runner, do enjoy the bergedil and sorry for this mess.
