★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst 3 star hotel ive ever visited!!! The room is not so clean as i can feel the sand on the floor, furnitures really old, tv is not working & only 1 plug available. Not enough toileterist given (no shower gel, no shampoo) & i got a ripped old towel!? Very unsatisfactory experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m staying on 5th-7th June with family deluxe room with 2 young children RM270 per night as it is peak season.
Room generally is spacious and toilet is spacious. It is good for the short stay, resort have big swimming pool which kid like it.At night it is very quiet the resort
The hairdryer they provided upon request, tv remote control is faulty but that is not so important as i not watch tv much.
The breakfast is terrible , not enough food,taste so so and did not topup in accurate time.I hope the hotel can improve on their breakfast. I m eat outside on the next day .If you cannot eat spicy might be a problem as Malay food in generally is spicy.
Location of the hotel is consider really ouytskirt , it is hard to get food at night or afternoon. Mostly it is warong nearby.There is a lot of Malay warong nearby .For fastfood you need to go to the nearest Kemaman town which is 20 min away.The road at night toward kemaman is quit dark at night.
Hotel location is far from the beach, so if you have family or youn g kid to walk.IOt is actually tired for them and they would prefer to play at the hotel swimming pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at room 3322, spacious clean room, no mouldy smell. TV channels include BBC, AlJazeera, AXN etc. Buffet Breakfast menu is limited but suffice (fried rice, fried noodles, scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, porridge, bread, cereals n milk, fruits, tea/coffee). Toilet clean with strong flush. Friendly staff. Good deal at rm190/night. Will stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location; within 300+m to the beach. Good facilities with a pool, restaurant, plenty of parking, nice staff. Bathrooms were great with good water pressure and hot water when needed. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal due to the rooms smelling musty & damp; sliding doors got stuck and remote controls were not working for one of the rooms (to TV and A/C).
But our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was more than adequate with a good selection of local and continental foods. If they would ensure that the rooms were well aired, and ensure that all were working well , it would have been an excellent stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location, near the Cherating beach. This hotel has no lift. Rooms are quite a distance from the hotel's main entrance. Thus, not so convenient for families with elderly members or pregnant women. Room was clean and spacious. We got the room with pool view. Breakfast included - but not many choices. The restaurant was crowded. Free parking lots available.
