When complaint to management u said u will repair but i've asked one of the tenant here u've been said the same thing for 3 years now. I'm wasting my time for almost 30 minutes just to get a lift, please la repair the lift. Menyusahkan ramai orang lah, especially bila u ada family members yang guna wheelchair. Of course u need to wait for empty lift to get in. Please repair the lift, at least 3 lift can use la

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake 5 star review from agent. Bad management, facilities no maintenance. Lift broken for 2 years plus with mutiple safety concern that required rescue from firefighter. No accountability. Most resident not paying maintainence fees giving excuse to existing management for doing a bad job. Selected management company is not professional in handling of complaint. Not surpise building become an abandon apartment or collapse at this rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brand new condo but it look like it was a decade old. Design at drop off lobby is very bad . And built in furniture supply by developers are all bloated. External Water seepage into the house also very bad . Workmanship by developers also very bad. Cracked wall tiles , debris in floor trap, faulty windows in toilet etc the list goes on .......

There was no parking restricted area sign and clamp signboard. no guards on duty told us. the security manager also did not treat our reprimand well they treat us so rude. is this a trap from the management to get easy money from penalties that visitors have to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the cheapest per square feet high rise property at JB when launch. Build quality also reflected this, good if you want to buy 2nd 3rd as investment unit. For self staying should aim for better quality condo.
