★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Windy. Surounded by grocery shops. At least 5-6 dhobies. Plenty of makan shops. Dominos and 7-11. Guarded. For KL city, this place can be considered quiet. Parking is plenty but have to be careful where to park. Especially for visitors. Otherwise your car gets clamped and RM50 release fee imposed. 3 prayer houses nearby. Call To Prayer becomes challenge on who is the loudest. Not synchronise so becomes funfair noise. Entry to apartment block glass door is by access card only. Handphone needed to call your resident friend to open it. Can follow others residents in. It is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitors will need to get a pass to park inside the area of the apartment. However, there are plenty of visitors car park. 24 hours security apartment with residents pass card needed to access the elevator to the apartments which is good.
Plenty of restaurants & food stalls, convenient shops & various shops including Domino’s Pizza & 7-Eleven and clinic which is a good thing.
Cleanliness can perhaps be improved & to make things better, JMB can consider to put more lights all around the apartment to lit up the area.
Positive point as well is it is very near to the MRR2 thus easy access to MRR2 and to Kuala Lumpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great place to invest. the price still reasonable compare to other units. the swimming pool and gym just nice for the price of RM250K. I have sold 4 units here mostly bought by existing tenants. They love the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are looking an affordable apartment near the heart of the city RESIDENSI BISTARIA is the best place for you, they have wide parking space both visitors and tenants so no worries if you invite friends in any occasion you may have. Every block has its own cctv's and securities 24/7. Majority of the people live here are Malaysians, they are friendly and nice, dont have enough time to cook during morning or dinner? no problem! they have various restaurants from sea food to many kind of malaysian delicacies, mini groceries and 7 eleven as well as Dominos pizza ?. If you are a commuter, u can take a bus under 5 minutes to go Giant melawat and Zoo Negara. Sri rampai is the nearest LRT station, Rapid kl bus T222 is the bus you use going to the station, traveling time may varry depends on a traffic situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a friend here. I found their lift not of a high standard (even the Pr1ma ones are better). There are many shops at the ground level eg Domino's, 7-11 etc for the public but I found it strange for them to have a guard barrier for the public to enter (must be not a positive point for those businesses).
