★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya unit besar sahaja yang ada showroom. Dukacita apabila unit kecil hanya menyediakan 1 parkir sahaja. Developer tidak aware dengan keperluan semasa pembeli rumah. Mungkin developer mahu kurangkan harga rumah dengan mengurangkan jumlah peruntukan parkir. Harga agak munasabah dengan hanya bermula RM325psft sebelum diskaun. Diskaun 7 % untuk early bird dan terkini 5 %. lokasi yang sangat strategik bersebelahan Sepang Circuit dan KLIA. Akan datang wujud ALIBABA hub dan KLIA Aeoropolis. Tiada lagi kondo lain dibina berdekatan. Diharap harga akan meningkat lagi apabila siap pada penghujung 2021. Akan siap jun 2022 disebabkan pandemik C19.
Only large units have showrooms. Regret when the small unit only provides 1 parking space only. Developers are not aware of the current needs of home buyers. Maybe developers want to reduce house prices by reducing the amount of parking allocation. The price is quite reasonable with only starting at RM325psft before discount. 7 % discount for early bird and the latest 5 %. very strategic location next to Sepang Circuit and KLIA. Upcoming ALIBABA hub and KLIA Aeoropolis. No other condos were built nearby. It is hoped that prices will increase further when completed at the end of 2021. Will be completed in June 2022 due to the C19 pandemic.

There is a show unit which is quite tastefully decorated to attract potential buyers...

Development: The closest condominium to KLIA(check on google maps). Offers unobstructed views of planes landing and taking off. Freehold and highrise with full condo facilities.
Location: Literally 5 minutes to Sepang International Circuit and the new KLIA Aeropolis and Jack Ma Digital Free Trade Zone project.
Price range: RM300 per square feet (selling price starts at 300K for 3 bed 2 bath)
Rental outlook: RM 1300-1400 per month. Bank installment should be around RM 1500-1600 per month hence rental may cover 2/3 bank installment at least.
Developer: Premier Consortium Sdn. Bhd. Built the successful Aman Heights Condominium in Seri Kembangan.
