1. Kurang org lalu depan unit
2. Ruangan laundry tidak kelihatan oleh jiran.
Tgkt tinggi lagi byk cahaya kat koridor. Management rule: koridor mesti kosong. No basikal, slipper etc.
Tmpt buang sampah ada 1 je, dekat dgn entrance.
Ada kedai runcit bawah blok A. Tp ala kadar je la. Ada juga self service laundry bawah blok A.
Bunyi fire alarm hanya tgkt bawah2 je dgr. Tgkt atas , klu dgr ramai org bising2 kat luar, sila tgk apa terjadi ?
Kes kecurian: bila musim cuti pjg, sila cabut cermin moto. Asyik kene beli baru je ganti. Haish.
But overall, location tenang, x serabut, ada guard.
If you are looking for a unit to rent / buy, the best corner lot is as follows
1. Less people then in front of the unit
2. The laundry room is not visible to neighbors.
Tgkt high again byk light kat corridor. Management rule: corridors must be empty. No bicycle, slipper etc.
There is 1 je dump, close to the entrance.
There is a grocery store below block A. Tp ala kadar je la. There is also a self service laundry down block A.
The sound of the fire alarm is only tgkt bawah2 je dgr. Tgkt top, klu dgr many people noisy2 outside, please tgk what happened ?
Theft case: during the holiday season, please remove the moto mirror. It's fun to buy new ones here. Haish.
But overall, quiet location, x fibers, no guard.
