★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima cheras Management have to be not allowe food delivery going out to the building , food should be put Entrance security before lift , ask customer come down to collect their food , now in Prima cheras many covi-19 cases still not make good control for everybody can free in and out , so terrible and disappointed .

kesian those owner and tenant.. cannot have visitor. worst than hospital....
only can pickup or drop off..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son booked an apartment here and we were there to view it.
As I arrived at the place and park at the outer area of the premises, I found that the buildings are high rise and the compound, large. From the outer view, it is really well-done and beautiful. I was fortunate to be able to perform my prayers at Surau in Block A while waiting for the agent to arrive. The surau is huge and could easily accommodate 500 worshippers. But as it is in the RMCO due Covid-19, the amount could be much less.
The agent was more than half-an-hour late when we get to see the apartment at Block B, on the 39th floor. There are many vacant lots and the place was completed in 2018, with a price range of RM320k - RM400k.
It is a three-bedroom apartment and the finishings are shoddy and careless. The floor tiles are glaringly of different colours when it should be in one colour and there are many cracks at the balcony.
I straightaway suggested to my son to look for elsewhere to buy an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is aesthetically-pleasing but from various reviews, it may be correct that traffic will be like crazy. 2000 more residents in the area and at time of visit (a Saturday evening), there was a heavy traffic at persiaran alam damai. Lrt is also not much of within a walking distance if you're thinking of commuting by public transport on a daily basis
