Last dpt tau digi propose ke PR1MA HQ. Tp xtau la PR1MA HQ approve ke tak.. Jgn di tanya banjir ke tak. Hujan tahun 2020 alhamdulillah disini ok tak banjir. Tp elok berjaga2 memandangkan sini kawasan baru, better amik insurans sbb insurans meletakkan kawasan lubok jong sbg risiko banjir.. Equipped with complete infrastructure such as multi -purpose hall, playground, surau. Only now (3.7.21) telco lines are still difficult. Last dpt tau digi propose ke PR1MA HQ. Tp xtau la PR1MA HQ approve ke tak .. Don't ask about the flood. Rain in 2020, thank God, here is ok, no floods. Tp elok berjaga2 considering that this is a new area, better amik insurance as insurance puts the lubok jong area as a flood risk ..

Gila murahhhh… masa sblm ni sy pernah apply prima apartment kt Cheras 380k, masa tu juga Banker ajak tgk unit. Bulanan 1.8k bayangkan beza hrga dgn kt Kelantan ? skrg sy x amik pn prima tu. Saya amik rumah WP Residensi kt Pantai Dalam, KL.. aprtment sederhana 820sqf 275k.. rumah kcik mahal nak mak kt KL. Tp sni teres blh dpt hrga mcm ni. Layak lg tk sy nk apply kt p mas ni ye sbb dh ada rumah pertama kt KL I came to my friend's house and didn't see this housing. Friend said 180k, sy surprised. The terrace house is 180k !! Crazy cheap… before this, I had applied for a prime apartment in Cheras 380k, at that time the Banker also asked me not to have a unit. Monthly 1.8k imagine the difference in price with kt Kelantan ? skrg sy x amik pn prima tu. I am a friend of WP Residensi's house in Pantai Dalam, KL .. modest aprtment 820sqf 275k .. my mother's house is expensive in KL. Tp sni teres blh dpt hrga mcm ni. Compared to other PR1MA project in Kelantan, this structure and value is more better. Alhamdulillah so far, this exact PR1MA site never get flooded. All previous years before, only the main road and front housing project got sunk but not PR1MA houses area. However, they also in the process of improving and preventing the flood risks. This photos is their show unit and also management office.
