★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall as owner I believe this place it is ok.Near to every hotspot mall in klang valley such as sunway pyramid,IOI puchong,Mid valley and for u who love to watch live football,bukit jalil is also near,just take LRT at BK5 5mins from Puchongmas.Not really crowded.the mainly problem is this place near to industry place and not really safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the owner are just renting out the whole unit and misuse the term and condition of rumahwip. Security is worst and know a unit at level 27 is not a actual owner. Tenant is re-rent the room to other also

In terms security (very tight) access card from guard house, lobby entrance n etc, CCTV (alertness) in every lift, corner, in n out corridor as well as entrance n facility floor. Leader, management n residents here r very corporative enuf to solve in any area (fast & efficient) in n out r doing superb ?? job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever! Before this at lobby got table to put leave foods or parcels, now no more. ‘They’ say got complaints people stealing other people’s stuffs. How come got guard but still got stealing case? Put guards at swimming pool but no guard at lobby. Guard in guardhouse all the time scrolling tiktok watching malay chick video. Now if u have parcel, gotta leave at shop, then have to pay. Have to pay meh? Disgusting business. If you buy things online, and you’re not home to pick up parcel, cannot leave anywhere. You don’t just pay for delivery/courier fee, but you also need no pay for ... “guardian fee”. If you come home late, the shop closed; come again tomorrow with additional “guardian fee”. Bigger items/parcels, higher price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condo strategically located in KL, center to all places.. very much convenient! I happened to came across this show room doing curtains and they give us a good deal.. The whole house vibe is now different and very cozy. Good place to stay for long term
