★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agood place for relaxing with the family or the love one .... less gadget and the room is abasic room and its give us more time with our family ...(things to bring along plug extention, electric kettle .. 3in one drink .. tumbler/mug) the small waterfall creat by the river flow /river exactly next to chalet .. awesome sound at night when u listen to nature .. the river ... etc.. u can arrange BBQ too u can ask the owner to arrange for u ... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place where you can do alot activities such jungle trekking, flying fox, kayakking, visiting the caves nearby etc. They have enough carparks. We rented a dorm there, 12 single beds with 2 bathrooms. But the aircond was not functioning well. The internet networks were very poor as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is so peaceful but juz beware if the raining season is coming.the kepala air phenomenon will b there anytime.make sure ur kids always b accompanied all the time.the chalet provide u wth basic facilities.no tv n no loacker in the chalet.got small restaurant nearby offering u laksa n bihun sup.but plz get ur own food at night as the kedai is open till 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice scenery for sure. Waterfall such an amazing thing that I love so much. But, I am not sure with the room service of the resort. The room not that clean as I expected as I found the blanket dirty and pillow case may not changed (smelly). No mirror and hooks for clothes provided. However, at first they insisted that the hooks already in the room. The manager/ i dont know her lah came to my room not in good tone asked for our problem. She said we scold them for the problem. Well, we didn't. We just ASKING for the hooks. If there really no hooks, then i will be fine.
To manager, you may listen to your staff but please refer us for the problem first. It is fine to defend you staff but listen to us before making any decision. When we said no hook, then it was none. No 'sorry' word came from you after that rude mistake. I hope the management can properly serve us as customer. Thank you.
Overall: waterfall 5⭐ room provided 3.5 ⭐ service 2⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the location is nice beside the hill , with boulders stream and clean space. The downside I went here for camping. The place name resort but they unable to control outsiders from entering their premises. Outsiders can park at the resort premises and set picnic in front of the resort.
For the resort campers need to share toilet with the public and same goes for showers.
The resort only provide 2 shower room and 1 toilet so people need to que long.
They don't have kitchen sink for campers or for guest who wants to do bbq. All the cleaning need to be done at the water pipe for wudhu purposes.The road going into the resort also small and the problem during holiday, people will park at both side of the small road which lead to traffic congestion.
Its enough for me to come here once.
