β β β β β Raintree Resort Suites...
Location :-
It is ideal, with nearby Sunway Pyramid mall and food outlets, LRT will make stay here convenient. But if you are driving your own car here, it could be a spoiler. Extremely difficult to get a spot and furthermore it is not free carparking.
Hotel Location :-
As it was my first time, locating this hotel was not a straight forward thing. One can see the signboard of Resort Suites Hotel afar only but no Raintree Resort Suites so we must assume is the same. When called up, we were informed Resort Suites hotel isnβt Raintree Resort. The Raintree Resort Suites signboard was placed at entrance leading to the car park where missed it first time while driving passed so need to make another big turn back. The lift & room keys to our room is through using 2 different access key cards. So be mindful when you go out to bring with you 2 access cards.
Raintree Resort Suites Reception :-
There isnβt one, the βhotel receptionβ is through WhatsApp messaging. A person came to assist us to process our check-n, the check-in is a code to a locker to get our keys. All these happened at the hallway counter inside the basement of the carpark. Make sure you have mobile data ...on your phone.
Room :-
We were allocated on the 20th floor. Room size was large enough with a pantry and sitting area. It was an aged but pleasant room. Bed was fine but the air-conditioning is just too loud with the beat-up compressor just outside the small balcony... sound like struggling to produce cool air for the room. If you are a light sleeper you can forget about it. No one came to tidy up the room the next day ( we stayed for 2 nights ). To request for toiletry or drinking water were all done via Whatapp. As for wifi, we were provided with a pocket-wifi device & it functioned pretty ok. Check-out is easy just leave the keys on the table inside the room
Conclusion:-
The above was our experience while we were at the Raintree Resort Suites hotel/apartment.
If you are very patient to drive around to look for a car park, or you use public transport to get here and donβt mind the air-conditioner breaking the silent of the night in your room, then is a nice place. Everything else is fine.

β β β β β the room is dissapointingοΌlook much worst than what I saw in the picture in google. The hotel itself is extremely hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. The price is not cheap too for a somewhat mediocre room. Not recommended at allοΌmight as well just pay more and stay at nicer hotels near the area.

β β β β β My room was perfect but we were very disappointed with b1 counter service staff. She was very rude and not helping at all. She expects that all customer know where their locker just by reading a message. No need to shout your customer, just show us the direction. Your job as a customer service is help us. We ask nicely to you how come your shouting us.very2 poor customer service. Please fix your attitude and manners.

β β β β β I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Quite clean, certainly not new, but the room is large, with kitchenette, dining table, and enough space for a small family. The price is really reasonable. The entry access is from basement of the other hotel (which is a nicer one), and it is in the same complex as Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon. So it is ideal for families that wants to enjoy the entertainment but doesn't want to spend a fortune.

β β β β β The hotel room was dissapointing its very old plus the service is very poor. It has no parking though we stay at the resort we have to use our own expenses. NOT RECOMENDED!!

β β β β β Thought it was a reasonable price(rm190/night), but unfortunately you get what you pay for.
There are ants all over the dining table and kitchen and one of the bedside tables. Might be an infestation
Superficially, (ignoring the ants) it looks a bit dated, but otherwise passable. Has huge space and big bed

β β β β β The best thing abt this hotel is it's location other than that it's not that good. I stayed there for 2 nights, the room had ants in it and the towels, bedsheets and pillows had stains on them. The interior is very old and everything needs to be replaced. Overall I would say this entire hotel needs an upgrade asap cuz it's not that good. My main issue was the ants tbh.

β β β β β Rooms are clean but beginning to show their age. I was lucky to land a 23rd floor room with a westward view, with a view of Sunway Lagoon.
Access to this hotel is a bit indirect: you enter via Sunway Pyramid Hotel's main door, and walk to the back of its lobby where you'll see a staircase going down with the sign "Resort Suites" above it. Go down, check in and then from there take a lift up to your room.
